How to buy pulley from KB?

Hopefully this gets through to you guys. I have called over 100 times starting at 0800 the min your doors are suppost to open, but the line is 100% busy all day long. I have also emailed and have not got a response. So this is my last ditch effort. I'm running a Mr. Norms 8 rib kit that has a 8" lower pulley. This lower pulley with a 3.25" upper will net me too much boost (24 lbs). I want to be in the 12-16 range at most. How can I get there with changing the upper pulley and where can I but it?
