    Shocker Customs Rad Cover....

Here is the prototype Rad Support cover I have been fabricating..........Still needs a little finishing around some of the edges, but wanted to install it to see the final fit........

All the underhood sheetmetal covers have been made by hand, so they truly are Custom..........A Shocker Custom.....

lookin' good so far bro', you're almost ready to mass produce!
    lol
with some final touches and some paint i think you have a nice mod there.
may i suggest some hex head screws to complete the final install?
by the way there sure are a lot of them, i hate to be the one taking it on and off for test fits.
    lmao.
good luck it's coming along great so far.
    all the best

Nice work man!! have you noticed any temp decreases? I've always wanted to learn how to work with sheet aluminum, but I live in an apt. and dont have space for all the tools im assuming u would need to cut and shape it. Have you considered making one for under your car from the trunk to the back bumper? Everytime i get under the car I think how much the drag from the bumper is slowing me down, I think chrysler sells a plastic piece for this since theres a couple of little screw things on the trunk, but i would rather make my own then pay their ridiculous prices.

    Wow Ed, nice work....

I'm curious, have you ever thought of putting in dzus fasteners instead of the screws?
