LXOM Vote Spamming......

Anyone else get "spammed" for LXOM Votes???

I received one from a member I have never interacted with asking me to vote for "His" choice.........I thought this practice was frowned upon by the powers that be...........I personally don't want to be "Spammed" with vote requests........I do not do that, and don't expect it in return......

yes i got a personal email(not a pm on the forums) from someone to vote for a person and a link to go vote.

i believe that our emails were not released from LXF...since the source of the email is not on staff here/does not have access to lxf database...but is on staff on a different forum(s)...

And it's not the first time that site sent out a mass mailing to everyone in their database - remember the time they sent a mass cc so everyone saw everyone else's email address... oopsie.

And all votes for whoever the LX member he is spamming for should be subtracted, or possibly the person disqualified from winning to set the example and prevent this from happening again.

Doesn't matter, Ed is right, LXOM is way out of hand they need to revise the process. But remember no matter what Oscar is a Winner. Period. Great Job Oscar!! .
