I have had the Richman 3.23's in the 392 Sublime 2 weeks before I took the NA recourd from UC Charger... 6 mounths or so
I loved the 3.23's it really help my 60fts and you could feel the differance on the street.
I just got done installing my 430ci with 5.7 heads and intake, and I was takeing her to the track to get a little base run before I finished installing my Harrop 2300...
I posted the previous post becouse I wanted to know if anyone eles has broken a set of Richman gears yet. I wanted to talk to richman before I made a post about it, but with the holydays I have not been able to get ahold of anyone...
I hopeing to talking to them tommor befor posting up pics or anymore detals.
But I will say I wish there was a buit pro rear end, set up, I would actuly pay some money my self, I soooo sick of towing my sublime home.

The problem does not exist just with our cars....
Watch a few episodes of Pinks. Driveline failures make up about 80% of the "catastrophic failures".
That is a lot of inline power and torque being immediately directed at split right angles to the tires. I asssume quite a "launch shock" to all components after the tranny. That shock load is transmitted thru the rear end to the drive shaft which probably flexes/twists enough to reduce shock to tranny.
I assume I would rather twist the drive shaft than crunch the tranny. SO I guess we should make the drive shaft the "fusible link" in the system.

I understand what your saying but let me ask you this little queston... What is richmans guidance in installing these gears? "just replace your stock gears with ours and call it a day" this is what I was told when I bought my gears becouse no one sells shims or crush sleaves for our rears. So if ricmans guidance is not to worry about shimming them then they can not use that as an excuse in why they whent bad..
