Bouncy feeling

I have been trying to figure out where an odd "bouncing" is coming from at low speeds when my car upshifts and downshifts around town. It's real light but I feel it and it never used to be there.
I also had an odd flare or RPM spike just when you nail it on the dyno in third gear when my converter should have been locked up (it did not occur in fourth.) This also is new and was not present the last time...same dyno.

I didn't feel like working on it anymore. The first of two pieces of the solution arrived today. Once the second (and larger) piece shows up, I should have no more issues, ever

This is an in-kind replacement and my current TC will go back to PI for inspection.
