New Flashtech RGB Halo and 14v Halo Release Information

Flashtech is taking a innovative step by streamlining its product base in order to help the consumer and allow us to deliver the most cutting edge technology to the masses for an affordable price. Here is what we’ve been up to:

    New Design (White Halos)
These halos are similar to our current style of halos, but with the following changes:
    1. Circuity Change – Now allows our halos to reliably run at 14v to make for an easier hook up
    2. Proprietary foam backing that protects the backside of the halos while still allowing a smooth surface to adhere the ring.
    3. Each halo has over 6ft of wiring to make custom wiring easier than ever.
    4. We tested multiple options to come up with one color white
    5. They no longer have to be hooked up to regulators, but they still can be hooked up to a regulator for added safety (sold seperately)

Single Color Rings (Red, Green, Blue)
Unlike our competitors, we have decided that anytime a customer orders a red, green, or blue single color halo kit they will now receive our new state of the art RGB rings. The benefit to this is each ring has exactly 4 wires attached to it. 1 wire is for the red circuit, 1 wire is for the blue circuit, 1 wire is for the green circuit, and 1 wire is for the power wire. If a customer only wants to wire up a halo kit as a single color you will simply have to wire up the specified wires for that color. This also allows the consumer to upgrade to a full RGB halo kit in the future by simply adding a Flashtech RGB controller rather than buying an entire new halo system.

    RGB Halos

RGB halo kits come with all rings and a wireless control system to allow for a multitude of colors, options, and speeds, even allowing the ability to make your rings pure white all with the touch of a button. Unlike RGB halo kits in the past, our wireless remotes allow two unique ways to control your functions.

1.) The wireless RF (radio frequency) remote that has 8 buttons on it. 1.) On/Off 2.) Pause 3.) Speed Up 4.) Speed Down 5.) Brightness Up 6.) Brightness Down 7.) Pattern Up 8.) Pattern Down. The range on the remote is over 100ft and you do not need to be in front of the control module to change settings.

2.) The actual control module itself also fully functions as a remote as well mimicking the wireless controller with the exact same button layout. The unique feature of this controller is that it has 3 LEDs built into the controller that functions as a display to show the end user exactly what color, speed, and function the RGB halos are performing at any given time. Even though this controller can be mounted in the engine bay, its main benefit would be mounting it inside the vehicle where an end user can control the functions of hsi/hers halos while never having to exit the vehicle to see what color he/she has selected. The end user would simply have to look at the controller.

Will be uploading video later (check for updated)

This would be for lets say a car such as a camaro or mustang that would only require 2 rings for the headlights.

So will any of this solve the problems of the past?! I've been really hesitant on installing halo's because 9 out of 10 people have problems with their halos.

We've bench tested these pretty heavily and when we designed them we kept every issue of the past in mind. Nothing but improvements!

How many color combinations can you make? I really want these for that cooler white when I first jumped on board with the original halos they looked bluish in the daylight but would turn hyper white at night hopefully these will allow a cooler blueish white similar to ccfls at night
