The 440 has been out awhile by Arrington Engines. It looks like this company might just be a distributor.

Ok, I held it in... true a 440 is a piece of history and they say there's no replacement for displacement. I've gotta say that first...

    But....

Maybe I'm drinking some haterade today cuz it's a crappy day outside...lol... seriously though $20G for just heads, intake, & block in a motor built for normal street driving?

Kinda reminds me of someone selling just their name <Koffhennesseykoff>. Not to mention tuning, axles, tranny you'll need and anything else you might want. Now you're looking at closer to $25-30K everything installed just to be safe...

Most of our cars are barely worth that once they are driven off the lot. Of course this obviously isn't for everyone, and it's fun to dream. But for practicality in a build, I'll take a forged 6.1, 392, or 418-426 anyday from some of our other forum vendors here loaded for right around $10K. I'ld bet you would still find the quality is top notch and it would hold up to anything you were willing to just about throw at.

Sorry, I love my car but for that kinda dough I'm buying a Viper or Z06 first and throwing a blower in it. Is it Friday yet?

Definitely concur. Cylinder walls just too thin for my taste. Biggest I would go on a new Hemi would be 426. I prefer something that has power and durability.

for 20K I bet you could build out a really nice 392 or 418, with enought HP to satisfy the shred the tires itch....
