    Talking All right.....whacha think....for real

So, the mod bug has bitten RobertG74. He's trying to go for the dark night look. Wanting to change the wheels perhaps. I took the liberty and witness the results. Chime in accordingly.

    we started with this:

    and ended up with this:

OMG, what a difference. I'm working on a gloss shot. I say go for it Bob!

That does look better, but perhaps a glossy black if he's going with the vipers. Maybe it's the sun's reflection, but the face looks flat black compared to the darker windows in the wheels. Color matching them pxr would be a nice look too......

It is different, but I am not completely sold on the rim style.... The car has broad (thick) lines and the thinner spokes just don't seem right to me.... I will hold my judgement for now... I would like to the the glossy shot and if possible take the original rims and make them Glossy black too....

I'm glad you said it... vipers wouldn't be my first choice for the chally but it's not a bad look....

Now that would be a good representation of my over all goal. Mark described it best as the "dark knight" look. I am wanting to keep it clean and sleek. minimal crome and understated accents.... Simi-stealth.....

I agree on the stock wheels. If you like bigger spokes I would get the SRT Charger wheels in gloss black.

I too would do something a little "thicker" than the Vipers on a car that thick. I know it's really the same size, but that car has the feel of being big and fat and I love it. You need some bigger rims to go with it.

There's some pics out there of a guy in Cali that flared out the rear fenders on a couple Challengers. You could do that too! (I'm sure that you don't need any help finding mods right?) Some 22's, flared fenders, 1.25" drop... it would be my wet dream.

It seems as if something is missing with the vipers.

I seen one in Atlanta that was blacked out, it was sick looking.

Since you are going for the blacked out look, wonder how the fuel opening would look painted or powdercoated gloss black to match the rest of the car.

Not sure... I was going to leave it crome so it would would help tie the crome parts of the grill in... Black might be an option....
