you are not buying a new trans.....you are buying the rebuild kit with upgraded clutches and steels and a VB for your local transmission shop to install in your transmission.

May be a silly question, but for a 3.5L NAG1 like I have, would this kit work for me if, say, I was to put in a larger motor? Or do I need a whole new trans just to have this kit installed?

Also, would the GC-475hp apply to me because I am at AWD or would the RWD-550hp be a more accurate top end hp limit?

I just built an upgraded 3.5L NAG1 for a guy.....

You only need 2 additional pieces (which I stock) and you have a High Performance NAG1!

550rwd top end hp limit because the main issue with the Jeeps is their weight (HEAVY) and their transfer case is much different than yours.
No biggie.

By time you figure out the savings and hassle of not having to pack and ship your tranny as a core, it almost pays for the tranny shop to install.....
