Well, we are wrapping up our port visit in Cairns and I have to say that this is hands down the best liberty port I have ever been to in Australia. The town rolled out the red carpet for us and even gave us a 4th of July fireworks display and celebration. There were some really nice classic American cars rolling around, not the mention all the Holden Commadores. The clubs were packed every night with backpackers from all over Australia, Asia, and Europe. I will definitely miss this place.
