    Whole lotta shakin goin on!

I'm sitting at the computer, feet up on the bed and my back against the wall. I'm on Facebook playing a game when I started to shake. First thought was I'm having a seizure of some kind. My wife lying in bed rolls over and looks at me and we both say at the same time, "Are you feeling that?" It lasted what felt like minutes but really only like 5 to 7 seconds probably, but it was something I've never experienced before. I jump on the local news Facebook page to see if others had felt it and withing a few moments everyone was posting about it. It was a 5.2 magnitude centered just northeast of OKC. Well if nothing else I can cross one more thing off my bucket list.

p.s. You guys in California keep the earthquakes we'll keep the tornados. Deal?

Meh, just a 5.something earthquake. No biggie.

Now, the 7.2 we had here in SoCal a few Easters ago? THAT one was long and big (<----That's what she said)

According to USGS, we just had another 4.7 a few minutes ago. Whats the difference between an earthquake and an aftershock anyway?

An aftershock is still technically an earthquake but not a major slip in the fault. Kinda more like a residual slip still along the fault or other faults nearby.

    There's "foreshocks" too smh!

While I agree with the above said things, I couldn't help it. She got up on the couch like she had just seen a mouse, standing there screaming at me like I could stop it. So I started laughing, and once I got going, I couldn't stop.
