yea im taking the risk and so far its great with the vht night shades and i have 3 coats on and one clear so far. gonna do 2 more clears. i only done 2 vht on the 3rd break light because i didnt want to get rear ended. but i would post pics but sis in law messed up are camra but i will eventually. i done the two tone tint on the tails with the back up and bleinker lights totaly clear and the rest tinted. loooookkksss sweet you will get to see it in aprial anyway so im gonna go out and finish.

yea i got them done it took like 8 total hours with polishing but the polishing didnt turn out as good as i thought it would maybe need a buffer i was doing it buy hand i hope with the cure of the paint that it gets a lil more clear. its pretty good for first time i thinks i wouldnt have gottn better paying for it. just like ruff clear cote or something??

so on my final coat i should wet sand with what grit like 2000 or higher and then buff i just had a polish compound that i hand buffed and it was an okay job on my last coat but i didnt think to wet sand the last coat because i though the scratches would be too deep. cool maybe i have to use that buffer.

they look great but its just the finish of the top clear coat that i want to be a mirror. im picky but just a avrage joe looking would think i bough them. i taped them off perfectly on the clear sections.

If you're by Springfield you're only about 45 minutes to an hour away. Maybe a little more if you're on the opposite side of Springfield.



I was looking at my car a minute ago, and i think that once I tint the taillights, I'm gonna try to find some of those SXT black heads. It'd be nice to have black on black on black...

i actually live in monett missouri an hour from springfield but it not really hard at all with my kids i cant do much but the sanding is the hardest at last and i really ant confednt on working on others because i can kinda see my sanding marks on the 1st or 2nd coat of vht when it is dark outside and the brake light is on. but they look great to me i waxed um and everything yesterday and they look even better everytime i rub on them.lol i need to practice on my freinds tails some more first.lol

edit and my camra is broke so i will take some with my sis in laws this weekend.
