Any chance it could be the 5.7 crank sensor?I think they are different.My .02

r u getting any check engine lights or codes based on the ign coils . I just had a bad ign coil and becuase it was not seen by the pcm the injectors would not fire.
it turned out to be a bad connection on the harness for the coil (8) but When testing it did not show a falt at the coil it showed a falt at the injector. so when it was not getting signal I thot the pcm took a dump. so bought a new pcm and it didnt change. just happen to unplug , replug the ign coil then it worked.![[/SIGP][SIGPIC]](http://www.lxforums.com/board/signaturepics/sigpic19793_9.gif)
