Transmission Leak Again!

Oh well back to the dealer Tuesday morning after I vote for another "O" ring replacement. I hear the new deal is that they change the O ring and the plug. Not bad for a car only two years old to have to go to the dealer for the 6th transmission issue (shifting problems and the leaks)! They just replaced the O ring back in January! Funny thing is the leak happened Wed. & Thurs. night finding a puddle of fluid on the garage floor the following mornings but it hasn't leaked since those two nights! The Dodge service rep is scheduled to be there so I'm going to go a few rounds with him for a replacement Transmission or I may have to go the lemon law way to force it. Should be a fun Tuesday morning!

Not again.
Just to let you know, theres a blue Challenger(not the real dark blue)(but not the light blue either) at a dealer on route 18 northbound in East Brunswick.
Didn't get a good look, but it grabbed my eye(the good one that is).

Just got her back. After talking to the Dodge Rep. and service Rep. this morning (6:30am) they changed the entire module not just the O ring, the sensors, new Torque Converter and wire harness. The car feels better, shifting better than has before without the 2nd to 3rd lag I had. They claim the problem was the torque converter. Re-installed the custom tune and all seems well for now. Time will tell.

By the way.
I talked to someone at McDonagh Chrysler last nite to find they would only tell me the MSRP. 38K.
The Deep Water Blue Challenger is an R/T.
They said the SRT does not come in that color.
I don't know why though.
I'm surprised they let sit outside all of the time.

I was there yesterday Mike, I did not see it. Must be in the front in the corner. I saw a couple of black ones parked on the side, by the parts dept. Lol!

Glad you got it sorted out Fred... but maybe you gotta dig into the transmission again next year if you get a new converter to go with your engine upgrades

I just don't know if any real damage has been done to the trans internally being I was running on a low fluid level for god knows how long. I have an 85K warranty on the car but once the cam & heads go in it's good by warranty!
