Club Meeting and Coffee Night M&G!

Wednesday Feb. 18th 8PM at the Dunkin Donuts on RT9 south in Howell (across from Chics). Combination Club meeting and Coffee Night! We need to talk about setting up the car show. God help us lol! Post up if you can make it.

LOL! I hear you! (and i was going to use the money for a 402 Charger roof line spoiler. Hey SOMEONE warned me about a certain party and was absolutely right. That certain party I learned is also linked to an x-club of mine which pretty well sums it up, seems the apple doesn't fall to far from the Tree! Next Hooters type gig we do we will set up a table so folks can get a name tag, get introduced to some people. There was a couple there with a new Chally the guys name was Fred. I meet them outside and then didn't see them the rest of the night! Did you see them inside?

You know coke was and is my favorite drink. When they did that stunt with the sweetened coke a ways back it almost killed me. Now that I have Diabetes I have to drink the diet stuff. Every once in while a have regular coke it's as good as _ex! LOL!

Lori and I should be able to make it Wednesday. I don't know about Joey though I hear there are some large potholes on the other side of 9....

As far as setting up a table that might not work in a venue such as a Hooters. Remember we did not rent out the entire restaurant for our own use, so we have to realize that there are other people that are coming in to eat. We need to find a place that is not as busy or noisey for our next M&G with hopefully more parking.....and less traffic.

Mike (NJBatmobile) is going to be (as a school assignment) be creating a marketing program for me. I am also going to ask him to make a flyer and maybe design a banner for the Club. We're going to need all that stuff anyways for the upcoming show season so no sense in waiting til the last minute to get the ball rolling on that.

I don't keep a case in the trunk, but I usually have about 6 or 8 in a cooler just in case. If you ever need one just ask. I run on the stuff just like your car runs on gas It was really great to meet you guys and I will see you on the 18th(weather permitting). Oh yeah, by the way, Earnie I owe you a few bucks. Yea but we had a section reserved so we can use like the first table for the Officers to sit at and make sure no one gets missed coming in. Get some members in Club LX hats out side a venue as well and when we post an event ask the people coming to approach a member to get them squared away. I know there was couple our age who came with a BB Chally and saw them inside at a table by them self. We just need to make sure that people who don't know any one get hooked up with others. We have better organized the next time from that stand point.

Maybe at the next M&G in a restaruant we should have a sign in sheet and at that time they get greeted and get a name tag and this way we know everyone that came.

I'll be there if I'm not on night work. The hooters event was fine, If the parking lot was huge in front of the place it would have been alot better. Just my 2cents. I had a blast. Food, beer, cars and chicks. Can't beat it. lol
