2009 Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals

I missed going to Carlisle for the first time last year because of my knee problem. Now that my surgery is set for next week my knee will be well healed by July so I am not going to miss this year.

Date is July 10, 11 & 12. (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Show field registration is $40 per car.

The club tent (20 x 20) rental is $160.00

Each person must register individually (can be done online at the link below). MAKE SURE YOU LIST CLUBLX IN THE CAR CLUB SPACE ON THE FORM!

I will be paying for the tent under my and the club's name. I will collect each members share for the tent when I see you at the event.

So thats the deal! Register early as the event folks claim the show field is filling up fast this year!

Please continue to register under ClubLX and not our new name (the event organizers are aware of the name change and it will be recognized as such at the event)

If anyone is interested please post here. I will confirm all the info with the Carlisle event folks next week and update this post. We would have to register and pay under one name at the same time by the end of March to ensure a tent and reserve parking spaces. Judging is done on Saturday & Sunday so if you arrive by Saturday morning your ok.

If we get enough guys committed early we could also get a group discount at one of the hotels.

Any Lx vendors would be great. It's an amazing show for old mopars just make sure you preregister so they know how many spots to put aside. A few years back the chargers were parking in the tc masaratti spots. :(

What Hotel do you guys use? We stay at the Hotel Carlisle I have found it to have the best parking. The hotel is old but parking is good, restaurant and bar is on site. If I can help out setting this up let me know.

we are staying there this year, 1st time staying, but, we spent some money there last year. good food and drink....

The last time I went, I lost first place to a stock MSRT with a empty juice bottle in the back.

Hmmm this could possibly, sorta, kinda, maybe the year for Carlisle. This is one of a few shows I have NEVER been to that I need checked off. I'm going to Vermont in August so that's why this a MAYBE. Not to mention I still have no clue how much $ gas is going to cost in the summer.

--Let's see almost three hours and 170 miles to Carlisle...

--2 day event=48 hours of fun=LOTS OF DVD FOOTAGE AND PICTURES...

--Burnout contests? Drag Racing? Hot diggity damn!
