ive had halos in my charger since i bought my car back in 2007, ive had the CCFL headlight halos, CCFL foglight halos, then when the LED halos came out i upgraded since i was told they "DONT BURN OUT" like the CCFL cause those dam inverters might i add i went thru about 6 inverters a YEAR with them.. so last year i had my dual led halos(red/white) burn out. i had about half of the whites DEAD on just 1 ring alot an almost ALL of them dead on another an some reds out here an there.. called in spoke to tiffany an Jonathan had another set mailed to me that "got lost " in the mail thats 1 week gone without headlights then another set was sent out AFTER a claim with UPS was made another 2 weeks go by without headlights an my car is my daily driver FYI.. so last week i noticed my "replacements" started flickering again so i knew it was time again long behold past few nights almost ALL the whites on 1 set are GONE an red an white on another halo are flickering. SO i call in this morning spoke to Jonathan an told him my issue he said send them back, so now i have to take my LIGHTS APART AGAIN take them out send them back WAIT for new lights to come in an all..i tried calling back again after to speak to Jonathan again , so i called back little bit after an spoke to tiffany since i found an OLD email that i delt with her as well an she was kind enough to help me a little more.. an heres were it all started going downhill.. i asked her if there was at all a way for me to just get an LED scanner since im tired of dealing with this crap of taking my headlights apart it's getting extremely frustrating now thats these LED halos are like clock work when they blow out she said NO i said alright np , i then asked her was the turn around time was she told me THREE WEEKS! 3 weeks to send out NEW HALOS??? she said" its our busy time,if you want to wait till september it will only take a week then"(might i add here in NYC is prime car show time theres cars shows everywhere right now in the next few weeks ) at this point i was already heated cause Jonathan told me 2 days .I then asked to speak to Jonathan like i wanted to in the first place cause i forgot to ask him something an she was like is it for the same reason that you're speaking to me ? i said yea an i wanted to asking him something else as well cause he told me 2 days she then said he's not here , i said i just spoke to him an he told me 2 days , she then said no he didn't cause no one here would tell you turn around period is TWO DAYS (she was loud an had an attitude) so i started getting loud saying so you're calling me a liar now? she said if i dont lower my voice she's hanging up the phone i said ok go ahead DONT CALL ME A LIAR when i just spoke to him an he said 2 days!. Then i hear her say did you just pull up his order to Jonathan ,but wait you just said he wasn't there???? she then told me my last order was from 2008! when i have the emails from last year still that i got replacements cause of these DAM things keep going out!.. so then she goes theres a 3 week turn around for the headlights, i said WAIT when did i say ANYTHING about my headlights i said i wanted my HALOS sent back NOT my headlights she was (which BTW she has a NASTY attitude)like oh okay then yea the turn around period is faster about 2-3 days BUT WAIT YOU JUST SAID NOT EVEN A MINUTE AGO THAT NO ONE THERE WOULD SAY THAT???.. i at this point was pissed. i said " oh but you just called me a liar saying that Jonathan never said that an now he did which you ALSO said he wasn't there but he is when you just spoke to him?" i was fed up an said OK ill send them back an said BYE


im honestly beyond tired of having this issue with these halos that were supposed to be "NEW AN IMPROVED" which they still are CRAPPY an burnout on a timer.. im tired of the NASTY service ive gotten from AAC an im NO LONGER going to send ANYONE an i mean ANYONE to this place again!.. an in the past week ive sent probably 6 people there 3 jeep srt-8s an 3 chargers. from now on my business is going to flash-tech!

After these "replacements" come i don't think im ever dealing with this company again..
