    ugly. Franks racing

    Here I sit on install date with matt from mhp and franks dropped the ball big time. I ordered my heads n cam over a month ago. Gave my install date up front n was assured parts would be in by both Steve and alex. My cam came TODAY -day of install- but no install kit! So no rods no install.... Wtf? Also did not receive tune that was promised. Oh n did I mention I ordered my cam over a month ago n franks just ordered it made from comp cams this past Monday. To their credit they did expedite this at their cost but what good is it if I don't have install kit? Looks great in the box while I'm out on my install. Oh n I'm typing this while matt, elcobra, is working on pricans 300. Too bad for me that franks bent me over the day texas is hit a hurricane and r closed until Monday. Okay off iPhone I go so I can watch someone else get their cam installed. You shouldn't have waited till last minute franks or made promises you can't keep.

    Call PPP, they've been known to come through for people in these situations. Or HHP, or Inertia... pick a vendor, just because you didnt' buy their parts doesn't mean they won't bail you out. We're still all family.

    Sucks you got overlooked this way though :-(

    In there defense they have been getting beaten up by storms over the last month or so. I know thats not the greatest excuse but it is part of the problem.

    yeah? I appreciate your consideration for them but I've been in contact a them about this for past 2 weeks. This is unnaceptable. I was told I would be taken care of.

    stu from inertia is a very nice guy i have talked to him several time and if he missed call he calls right back,now that is customer service.it is very hard to reach steve.

    Yea I was going to mention HHP. We ll have to go for a cruise once Matt gets that cam installed, Im over in Northern VA. Glad to hear you got it figured out. Tell Matt his jacks and 13" are over here

    Well this problem has been before IKE,I had some bad service with them to .SAme deal but heads showed up really late in the day of the install . Luke had me covered with some Inertia heads just incase.Franks will never get any of my business again even though they have some great products
