supporting vendor survey

I wanted to make things a little more productive and helpful to both the members and the vendors here.

I put together a survey for the supporting vendors for now and if there is interest will do the same for the approved vendors as well.

take some time and take the survey, it is only 12 questions and I did all I could to make it a non flaming event. If you have any ideas or think I should add or remove any questions let me know.

here is an example of some of the data so far, it lists answers and not the vendors they apply to; that information will be shared once the poll is closed. I find this to be telling of just how good some of the vendors here are.

okay the parts of this post in red no longer apply, the support from the site is completely awesome and I feel this will prove to be very benifical indeed.

we can now view how all 25 (as of now) respondents answer for every question, and collect all the data for each vendor.




I have decided to not count the results of the survey as it is currently structured, I have asked the host site for some help as I am having trouble with some of the data and want to make sure the survey is completly correct when it applies the results.


I will add the survey was accomplished by two members in less than 60 seconds,

The Average Completion Time = 2 Minutes, 26 Seconds

thanks for taking the time and I will get this back up as soon as I am sure it completely works. (survey now is completely functional)

I will keep the survey active so all members and vendors and moderators can review it and suggest any changes that need to be made.

all the data will be shared with the members, vendors and moderators

I will not be taking part in the survey.

I was also made aware there are some supporting vendors that I am not aware of, I would love to have some help with that. (Matt?)

Is there a way of limiting it to one time per person? The reason I say that is it could be easliy swayed to look much better or much worse for a vendor if someone filled the survey out multiple times just to prove a point? Since it is anonymous it could happen easily...just a thought.

Well there in lies the rub...
As many members here do business with multiple members it would be unfair to both to limit the amount of visits to this first poll.

This site has many features and it is quite easy to tell if any such foolishness has taken place.

As I learn more about the features of the site and their tools I will do all I can to add any suggested questions, features or answers from Vendors, Members and Mods.

it is not vendor specific but rather shows the % of each answer given...
