Ordered a fti torque converter from rob last week after he took the time to respond to a thread I created asking about stall speed. First off he responds to pm's quicker than anybody I've ever seen, which is awesome. He answered all my questions and I believe recommended a TC thats is gonna be the best for my build. I called him @ speedrated to order the TC and he answered right away, gave him my info and the TC I decided on. At that point he gave me the heads up that they normally stock that converter but they just sent out their last one so it would be about 3 days before it ships. Not a big deal to me as I was waiting on other parts, but thought it was nice to know up front vs. ordering then days later find out the product has not even shipped yet. At the end of the conversation he personally thanked me for my business...what a concept! Not only did he give me a smokin deal on the converter, but it showed up at my door a day earlier than even he thought. I would no hesitate to to business with Rob again.
