Being in business to provide an elevated level of customer service I am only as good as the companies I do business with. Imagine being STUCK with a customers car on the dyno with a flash issue that now rendered your customers PCM DEAD!!!!! Well although rare it does happen. Within 15 min of my problem I was able to get not only JOHAN on his day off but the PRESIDENT of Diablo Mike W on instant message and phone. 15 min after that back to tuning all issues resolved. Major props to a rather large company being there for its dealers. Keep up the great work
