GOOD: FocuzTech Performance

I have been dealing with Mike from FocuzTech for some time now dealing with various halo kits, not only for the LX line of cars.

I have to say, his customer service is top notch. He's always come through with any issues I've had and responded in a very timely manner. Even though I've had some issues and inverters going out, he's always been forthcoming about trying something better and new. He's even put together packages for others who have been dealing with another vendor that also sells halos and provided many of those people new inverters free of charge or for very little money just to help them out. I know many people on these boards have been helped by Mike even if they had not purchased a halo system from him.

In all my conversations I've had with him, he's been very helpful and worked with me on stuff. He's tried to put customer service first. He really works with you when trying to install halos or if you have something happen during an install because of how delicate the lights are, he really tries to work with you on it and will provide you with solutions.

I highly recommend anyone to deal with Mike. He's always been good to me.

X5 I have been running his halos in my charger I think longer then anyone. I have had one inverter go bad and had a new one in hand with in 48 hours...hell I even broke a ring myself and had a new one again within 48 hours. Mike is a great guy and has the best Customer Service!
