I thought I'd post this as it seems like the place for it!

I recently purchased a black housing headlight for my 06 Magnum R/T from Cleveland-Pick-A-Part off of Ebay. I actually had no idea PickaPart was an approved vendor on lxforums until just recently. I thought since they went to extra effort to provide me with a functioning headlight, I'd take the extra effort to give them a thumbs up and pat on the back.

I purchased a driver's side headlight off Ebay from Cleveland PickAPart, and unfortunately when it arrived, it was excellently packed with expanding foam packaging. However, it did not have the male ball socket that, along with the two mounting tabs, secures the headlight to the vehicle.

I immediately e-mailed them and noted that, although it was probably in the photos that the item was missing, I hadn't taken my headlights out, so I had no knowledge that it was missing. I expected to get a "Sorry, you're S.O.L." e-mail back from Pick-A-Part (Call my cynical, haha). Much to my surprise, I received a prompt e-mail back asking for photos of the part that was missing, and that they'd do anything needed to make sure I was happy.

What they did was send me an entirely other headlight free of charge for me to scavenge parts off of! I was extremely happy with how they helped me, and communication with them was excellent.

I will certainl do business with them in the future, and highly recommend them
