    Good: Billet Technology customer service

    BT is amongst the most honorable vendors we have here on LKF. One test of a vendor is how well they respond when things don't go smoothly. Along with a lot of others, I ordered a bunch of stuff from BT's end of summer sale. I got my items promptly, but there was a mistake made. I received the wrong shift-bezel insert. I ordered satin, and received black. No biggie. With the huge amount of orders they've no doubt received, I can spot them for making a slight error. I contacted them about the mistake and received a quick response. I was sent the correct piece that day via Priority Mail, getting it 3 days later. BT included a return shipping pre-paid postage label, and I sent the other piece back. Problem solved in 3 days. Thanks a lot BT!
