I purchased an Airaid CAI in April this year, model#350-193. I was over at Shocker Customs on Sunday getting my HID's installed when Doug noticed that the rubber well nut attaching the Cold Air Dam to the fender well had split. I phoned up Airaid, and talked to customer service, all prepared to purchase another, then he asked me for my name and address and said they would ship out the part immediately, no charge under warranty, no hassles, no problems. I told him I would mention the excellent customer service on the forums.
If you are thinking of a cold air intake, add these guys to the pro side of your decision making.
