Thumbs up Excellent Service: BFNY Performance , Edge Racing , Inertia Motorsports, Diablotoona

So my Good, Bad and Ugly will be shortened to Excellent and Horrible. Thank God that the horrible have not been associated with anyone on forum. Let me start off with a quick summary of what lead me to dealing with these vendors. I'm a first time Hemi owner and own a 2006 Dodge Charger RT, I'm no mechanic and just learning via forums. Unfortunately I feel victim to a broken factory valve spring that jammed valve causing damage to piston and one head. I set out to find out what were my options. A couple months prior to this damage I purchased a heads/cam/torque converter combo that wasnt installed yet. So I felt like at least I had half of the parts I needed for my repair. Initially I was gonna get block machined, Install new piston and then top off with my combo I purchased earlier. I contacted Stu and Jacob at Inertia Motorsports and they both spent numerous phone calls explaining my options and even returning calls on weekend or after normal business hours. Stu was very patient and let me know what I needed or didnt need even if he wasnt making money on it. So I was gonna go ahead and purchase needed parts to finish install when I came across a stroker for sale on forum. This stroker introduced me to two awesome and helpful people - John (Gooeytek) and Erik (Hemi31) BFNY Performance. The stroker was John's which thought had an issue and was refreshed and serviced by Erik. I couldnt pass up on the deal and made purchase. This was the first time EVER that I have made such a large monetary purchase thru the internet especially on a forum and trusting people to do go through with it. John and Erik were incredible and answered all my questions, texts emails etc. Erik was especially helpful with install because there isnt anyone in my immediate area that works on new hemi's. He spoke directly to my mechanic(a chevy guy) and answered his questions on different things he wasnt familiar with. Now comes Andre from Edge racing converters. Andre not only walked me through and explained the whole converter thing but actually helped me out with my issue concerning my horrible experience with a vendor. He spoke to me for about an hour offering personal advice on a late friday evening. Lastly comes Johan Diablottona, I dont know many people who stay connected as myself guess I didnt meet Johan yet. Johan has been handling my tuning, I'm the type that will shoot off an email at 4am est then to be surprised and see a reply from Johan a couple hours later lol. He's made my Hemi purrr with power and has literally addressed every single thing Ive thrown at him even when i really didnt know how to type it. Everyones product was great and no issues at all. I have personally thanked them all and will gladly recommend them to anyone and have from this point on. Lx Forums has been a great place to learn about this Mopar Culture and make great friends.

----------Absolute HORRIBLE -------I wish I didnt have to go here but I do.... As I stated earlier I had purchased a head/Cam/torque converter from Company called Speed O Motive (Covina,California),that I read about in a magazine that won a Hemi challenge.I should've known early on I would be in for a battle because it took 3 months to recieve heads. I would call and they would say they were backed up and that they had to go purchase some heads (I paid $600 core), then the heads finally came and they werent even new heads-looked dirty and were used. When I found my engine on forum I sold these parts except for the converter to a gentleman I met who saw my ad on craigslist locally. We had several calls and became pretty cool. So my new found buddy goes to install heads and cam and gets a crazy call from shop he's getting work done. They say "Hey these ported and polished heads are both left side" We call and call and call and email and email and keep on with no avail. The owner George Ullrich who also after research comes up as the traffic commsioner for city of Brea is not returning anyting calls or emails at all. My buddy gets it fixed himself with Hemi31's help and is now good. Again it does not end there.... The Converter I purchased for my car from Speed O Motive comes out to be wrong and actuallly for a hemi ram truck. Again no response and dead as a nail. Last I heard was he was teaming up with one of the guys from Techo superchargers but not 100% sure. i just remember it was a company that shut down.... Hopefully no one will ever have to go through what i did and deal with speed-o-motive...
    My car is completely Stocky
