Allright, I now have two favorite vendors. Jina is right up there with Heidi and the BT gang in my book. A few weeks ago I picked up a set of SRT8 seats for my R/T and never had any intention of driving around with anything on my car that said SRT on it, becasue I don't have an SRT.
So I needed to do something about the SRT8 headrests. I emailed Jina to see what she could do and this is what I got:
But, wait it's better!!! The shipping charges were pretty high to return the headrests in comparison to what I paid to get them out to her. It was NOT that she raked me for a penny. She just got what the good ole USPS charged here and passed it to me as agreed. After getting the invoice, I briefly mentioned it to here that the shipping was high, and suggested Fedex for her future shipments. I HAD NO INTENTION OF GETTING ANY MONEY BACK. Today, I get on email and find a paypal payment for MORE than the difference in what I paid to ship out and what she paid to ship back.
NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! But, I just happily refunded that payment back to her becasue I refuse to accept it. She paid that money to ship my headrests and her refunding it was eating away from her revenue and profits just to make sure I was happy. BELIEVE ME, I was happy long before that and will definitely ahve Jina do all my embroidery work as long as she is open for business.
What more can you ask for? A great product and someone who cares about her customer's. Jina is first rate.![]()
