**Update** Okay guys....After some good communications from Tommy, I have tracking!!!!! They have been picked up by FedEx, and show that I should have them on this Thursday the 18th!!!! So Tommy looks to have started a turn around as he has been saying he is trying to do! So I want everyone to TRY to take the positives out of this thread! He came through, and for that I am grateful!

DAMN IT TOMMY!!! PLEASE GET GOING MAN....GET CAUGHT UP SO YOU CAN KEEP BRINGIN' AWESOME PRODUCTS OUT!!!

So call ME and IDIOT Please!!!!!...Made a deal this last weekend for some side ground effects for the Magnum, that he had already made..I believe they came of the white Magnum that I have posted pictures before. All he had to do was ship them. Previous PM's from sometime ago, said they were boxed and ready to go..So several PM's were exchanged between me and Tommy, with one being below:

Got PM right back with every question I had..Money sent, and then of course NO FURTHER CONTACT from him. No tracking, blah blah..Paypal disupte filed, etc! I checked the last time he logged in several times a day, and he has been online many times in the past week since the deal closed...But no response.

So YES I am a dumbA$$ after all of this crap with everyone else going on. I thought for sure I would be safe..My question is HOW IN THE HECK CAN HE STILL BE ALLOWED TO BE A VENDOR ON THIS FORUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am to the point of saying that he needs to be BANNED from these forums. How can LXFORUMS let this go on?????????? None of you Tommy followers can possibly make excuse for him, unless he has died. I have many PM's on this deal. So lesson learned. I am not going to take excuse by excuse everyday from him, and let this go on for months!!!! His on PM said to file the claim with Paypal, and you can bet I did yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He paid to be a vendor, he gets to stay a vendor. We (you) get to critique his performance, good or bad, and others get to read your comments. If it doesn't go well, then he may or may not pony up for another year. Can't ban somebody from vendor status unless they break the actual vendor rules.

^^Ummm I am not a rocket scientist, but taking someone's money and not delivering IS BREAKING THE FREAKIN' RULES!!! And if it is NOT, then this forum needs a reality check!!!!!!!!!! And I will just reside on the other forum from here on out! And believe me, I don't get pissed/mad easy, but I am to the point now!!

Sorry to here but not suprised. you should have read all the theads about his terrible service, lack of responses and broken promises. Since when can the sender reverse a paypal transaction?

Not sure if he's moving on or just just trying to shaft more forum members but I got email today that he is now supporting vendor on charger Z forum.

I have to agree with lowriderman on this as well. Paying to be a vendor doesn't give you carte blanche for an entire year to false advertise, bait and switch, hoodwink, and/or anything else that is not absolutely above board and respectable. As this forum should be, and has been.

He has nothing I want either, but that's not really the point. I've heard too many stories of his unprofessional, quasi-criminal behavior and I would hope he'd eventually be removed from the forum. Even if it meant giving him his money back. He'd probably even be surprised by that one. Granted, most on here know of his already poor reputation, but what about all the new folks that join the forum and get duped by him as their first impression of what it's like to buy from someone advertising here at LXForums?

if they knowingly with proof do wrong, and apparently on several occasions, why isnt there a clause towards the performance of that vendors reliability with the LX/LC community? or is there?

This really is bad. Not only is Mark a good customer to us, he is a good friend to serveral BT members. Again, seeing another one get boned, well, I have alread went off before. Those just reading a post from me just search out my prior posts. You will find what I think.

TZ, here is what I will do; if you have this kit for Marks Maggie, if you really have it, send me an email at heidivpi@fdn.com NOT A PM. A real email.

I willl provide you multiple ways so that you can get Mark his body kit. I will pay for the cost to ship the products to Mark. I will call and arrange for any UPS, FedEx or freight carrier to come pick this up at your shop or home and have it on its way to our fellow LX brother. Hey your location clearly states you will be where ever there is a fellow LX'er in need. Well TZ, our fellow Lx'er Lowriderman is in need of his parts. You found the need to dip into his wallet and take his cash. Now its time to find the need to get him his stuff NOW!

TZ you claim you are changing and want to improve. Hey here is a concept. Have the product boxed up, then send the customer a money request via paypal. Its real easy and clean. After you get that money request head on over to the computer ok, and make up a shipping lable and invoice and have the product out the door within 24-48 hours except weekends and holidays. Its easy. Hell its so easy my coworker Neal had his young son in here last week on a half school day or whatever it was and that kid was a shipping wizard here. This kid is 8-10 years old, and he can do it, why can't you?

Do the right thing.

Mark a suggestion too. Send this over link and any others regarding TZ's practice to Paypal as part of your dispute.

Matt brother it should be with TZ the vendors liability. When does he become liable for his actions??

I wish my aunt Rose was still alive up in Oak Park. I would have her doing some legwork for out fellow members with the states attorney's office. She loved going after this kind of stuff.
