    October 2009 Photo Contest - Halloween



    Congratulations to YellowNanner, last month's winner

    This month's theme will be: Halloween!
    Submission Deadline: Sunday, October 18th

    From YellowNanner:

    I was trying to make next months theme kind of creative, but I wanted to see some pics relating to the season, and I also didn’t want to limit it to a certain aspect of the season. The new theme is: Drum-Roll Please…………………………….

    Halloween and what does it mean to you!

    (Halloween could mean autumn leaves, ghouls, goblins, pumpkins, cookouts, costumes, graveyards, you decide what Halloween means to you!) I think opening it up to all these aspects could bring a lot of creative ideas! Have fun shooting!


    Submissions should be sent to Junior in a PM, any time through Sunday night, October 18th.
    Any photos posted in this thread that are for this months theme will be deleted. Submissions posted elsewhere will not be counted.

    Voting will begin on a separate thread as soon as the submission deadline passes.



    Here's the rules, folks:

    1) One entry per member, per contest.
    2) Member must take photo.
    3) Member's LX must be in the photo.
    4) Photograph must be taken for this contest - no previous shots allowed.
    5) Photo shopping is not allowed except for modifying the license plate, brightness and contrast, and crop/resize.
    6) Maximum size - 800 x 600. Oversize photos will not be allowed. Resizing available if needed.
    7) The winner will be responsible for deciding upon the theme of the following month's contest, and is not eligible to participate in that contest.

    So get your costume on! Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.
