Need Logo help

This is the first logo that was done... We have 2 issues, it is not only in jpg (not eps). And he spelled Virginia wrong.




Our Web developer redid it, but again not in a format that we can use for printing cards, making shirts, etc




So that is what I need is the just the logo in a publisher friendly format.

Well the first one will be relatively easy to vector, but the web banner is nearly impossible without recreating it from scratch using the vectored art from the first file. Do you know what font was used? I will try and work on it when I get home tonight.

Ok so I converted the posted file to vectored/outlined image. Because of the low resolution and nature of the "live paint" function in Illustrator it rounds the corners a bit. Download the EPS files here:
