    We're listed as a Club

    I had the LxReJx listed as an official club by Grundy International. What does that mean? beats me but it sounds good!

    Whuts "Grundy International"?

    Pretty sure to be a "club" in the US carries with it tax status implications. Unless ya plan to go the full 9, probably best to back off listing anything with anyone?

    Correction it's not Grundy iternational it's Grundy worldwide. it appears to be a car club listing that Grundy Worldwide "a insurance company" promotes. So we're not registered we'll just be listed on their site?

    same with cardomain groups, Yahoo groups, etc......
    its when you want to become an assoc./org. then you will be filing with your state, yearly fees ,etc..
