Actually the iems has been on the car for about a year the only issue ive had was with the pwm output Now I'm not sure it was the iems I think the turbo was just to small because I went with a manual control with the same issue

Well I added the iems to help with some drivability issues I had & help from burning up the engine that might of worked if I could control boost
The iems uses stock map sensor and allows for part throttle closed loop boost fuel correction I was never quite happy with running 1-2 psi boost lite throttle @ 14.7
I"m not planing on running the turbo this year I'm giving up i think I'm just going to try to get an e mail tune and run my engine as is till winter. I got ripped off by my machine shop on my block so i'm kind of low on cash. I did pick up the 80# injectors and would like to use them so I can unload my 40# A tune should be pretty simple with the srt cam & stock displacement a scale job and a few adjustments should be golden

The CMR software does the same things. Of course, there are only a few amount of tuners that know how to do these things, but theyre out there. I think youre making things too complicated. A turbo setup is complicated enough on these cars.

My simple answer: contact Johan, throw him some cash, and bother him with email tunes/datalogging weekly.

Throw Johan some cash? Does he have a dyno?
I wouldn't. Get a respectable mechanic who has a dyno who can modify your car using CMR.
    my 2 cents...

Sorry, your posts just make me laugh If you ever need a tuner Firefox with a dyno, I hear RDP has great prices these days

I would trust Johan through email tunes more than I would trust 90% of the tuners out there on a dyno.

Johan is THE company tuner for Diablo (he works for them), and works directly on the actual CMR software.

johan is a respectable tuner just to let u know. so before u dismiss someone who u know nothing about do a little research on here and im sure on other forums about his skills on making cars run right after respectable mechanics are done building them

Well update me saying I'll leave it N/a lasted 1 week! yesterday I put the turbo all back together. I really haven't got on it much sense it only has 75 miles on it but the afr are very rich 10-10.5. I backed the boost control down for now. I'm still running the 40# injectors all the same settings as the old engine and it actually runs surprisingly well with the inetia heads and 6.1 cam. I did get a deal on some 80# injectors. But haven't changed the fuel line yet. I'll get some pic's tonight.
