    Procharger stage 2 kit help please!

    ok guys the instructions that cam with this kit are really disapointing. having trouble with the power steering cooler. there are no pictures of the finished step! it is the last thing i have to do can some 1 help?

    What do you need to know? What you're supposed to do with the hoses?

    Reason why they are supposed to be bent down is that they hit the sub-bracket if they point forward. The lower hose is just to use a wrench to tighten up so it's out of the way for the bracket, the top one is supposed to be loosened, rotated and held in place by the little metal part with a peg on it. Make sure to check the o-ring on the pipe while you're at it - I forgot and had a pita to fix it.

    I'm in the same debacle right as we speak. The ps cooler itself that's on the radiator. Directions don't really say what to do with it.
    07 Charger SRT-8
    Procharger Stage II D1SC 8 psi
    Arrington dual fuel pump
    Ford 80lb injectors
    1/4 mile: TBD

    12.87 @ 108.83 CAI, 180 Tstat, 93 canned tune, street tires

    Best I can tell it just goes on the condenser right under the intercooler. Unlike the HO kit which has it mounted vertically. Any other ideas let us know.

    i am lost. the screws are smaller then the goles they told you to drill and those 4 inch spacers put the cooler crazy far from annything. disapointed with the instal instructions as a whole.

    Agreed. The instructions are lacking big. The rubber discharge off the blower is a tight fit also. I'm just gonna trim that inner fender a little. I'm gonna get some pics up when I'm done with a few helpful things I found.
