    New Arrington Bullet For Hemi~C~'s Fat Bottom Girl

    It is still over 3000 miles away but I thought I would finally share some details of my winter project. Starr motors was kind of enough to cut me a killer deal on their last aluminum block and Arrington motors managed to turn it into 438ci of functional art for me.

    Lots of discussion on a number of components but in the end it finally turned into a package worthy of the 20psi and direct port nitrous that I am going to throw at it. Keep in mind this will still be a pump gas daily driver so no wild cam's, crazy compression or silly tricks. I simply wanted brute strength and endurance, and less weight (hmmmm, wife tells me she wants the same thing).

    Special thanks to AJ, Chris and the crew at Arrington for pulling it all together. The fun is just getting started. Once the bullet ships out it is going between the fenders of the Fat Bottom Girl. The goal is drive it to the track and run my 8.XX by this fall. Then it will get driven to the Moscow Unlimited 500 where I will kick some major ass, sign autographs and then drive it back home. How do you say "Stupid Nasty" in Russian?
    Europe will never be the same again.

    Here it is fresh off the engine stand and into the dyno room. I am told it idles cleanly at 700 rpm and pulls without issue to 6500rpm.



    Below is a snapshot of the super-safe 93 pump gas tune, using 21* timing and mid 11's AFR.

    Wow! Any more details? Like What will be the method to deliver the 20 psi? Twins? And any other weight reduction besides the block? Where are you mounting the wheelie bars?
