    My Kenne Bell improved IAT's

Ok so I was stuck in traffic for an hour today in my Dart. I was scrolling through the PLX device looking at my IAT's and water temps.. It was mid 80's outside and I was worried that the KB would run really hot... the hottest it got was 156* at a stand still.. this is even with that air intake sucking hot air right from the engine compartment. The key was my GT500 intercooler and the Mezier water pump. As soon as I started going the temps dropped to high 130-140's. Very happy to say the least with the set up. Tues I get a tune and really have some fun.

WFT are you talking about? Your certifiable!

Anyways.. the point is that my IAT's are way down with this heat exchanger.

Nice to hear about the IAT's we put a massive heat exchanger on a KB Challenger and what a difference that made as well.

Awesome ride and very cool to see modern Hemi in a classic. Have any full exterior shots?

Just wondering about your air filter placement.......is that the final spot? I would think it would pick up more engine heat than if mounted near the front right where it could possibly get a more direct shot of outside air and move the intercooler tank back a bit.

That is the filter position for now... the engine bay is very tight and the LC reservoir is located on the front drivers side.. I wish you could see how the heat exchanger is in place.. it's not moving anywhere..
