I-charger vs. SMS-296, pros, cons, thoughts? advice?

I'm looking at these two and trying to decide which to go for.

There is no I charger. And if someone is telling you there is, close your wallet and get the F out of there, cause your gonna walk away empty handed and your wallet a tad lighter.

The SMS/Techno is legite and will be released very soon. As well as the Harrop and Whipple systems that are just hitting the market now.

What happened to the company?

GSM is still intact, but the I-charger never existed, and if they take your money... you will get what you payed for. Nothing.

GSM is still a vendor though, and I'm sure they will answer your questions, but based on the type of S/C you are looking at, give Techco a shot. Their product looks great.

Wow.... was starting to get worried the other day that we wouldnt hear anyone bring up the I-charger again!

Slim, its all good bro as the guys have already enlightened you to the situation. As stated, check out the Techco blower and the new Whipple unit that came out. Seem to be real nice products!

Check out the Harrop/bullet. LM Speed has a great price on the complete kit. They are a vendor here so check it out.

There's also the ATI and Vortech options which work just as good. Also twin turbo's is also around that price range. Everything but a GSM product works well.

What happened to the company?

There is a character name Andrew Mueller (spelling might be wrong). Andrew took his idea to a company called GSM to bring this unit to market. I won't go into any of the gory details but that partnership failed. It is my understanding that Andrew has returned to kangaroo land with his unit. It is also my understanding that Andrew is still looking to market this unit and advertisements still exist from what I hear. It is of my opinion that Mueller is a con artist par excellence. I will also say that at GSM is in litigation over the issue as well. If so inclined you can go to the Orange County (CA) court system and look up the cases involving GSM for reference. It is a matter of public record. If you decide to look, search: GS Motor Sports and or Scott Quaranta.
