Can tune was 480rwhp. Go down a couple of pulley sizes and get a CMR tune and 520rwhp is easy.

    The pulleys went like this:

    3.7 (supplied with the kit) - 4.5psi
    3.6 - 5.5psi
    3.5 - 6.3psi

I have an extra 3.5 and 3.6 that I'm selling if you get that far in your process let me know.

How are your BBS wheels holding up? Also are they staggered?

Holding up just fine. Got a couple of nicks in them from normal wear and tear.

Yes, they are staggered. 20x9 in front and 20x10.5 in the back.

Thanks for the reply. I came across the thread where photos were posted of the final build of your SRT. Great photos by the way. I really liked the wheels, the stance, & how they filled the wheel-wells. Can I ask what size tires you are running and are there any rubbing issues?

    Thanks, I agree.

The pics you saw are with the Michelin PR2's in 255/40/20 in front and 295/35/20 in the back. Those lasted about 15k miles (the three trips to the road corse last year ate them up). Running Nitto Invo's now in 245/40/20 on the front and 295's on the back.

No rub at all. I would probably go with 305's on the back but the Invos dont come in that size (I have been told by the SpeedFactory guys that they will fit with no issues, but havent actually tried).

Personally, I think the BBS wheels are the best looking on the Charger. The Vipers are a close second (and a lot cheaper) and I did see a post of some USW on a black 11 Charger that look real good, but I still like mine better...guess I am a little biased.

Here is the post... 1st 2011 Charger on USW's ... mopar 11 charger

Stock 5.7 running 11psi 20000 hard miles.10000 on 7psi, 5000 on 8.5 psi and 5000 on 11. Still going strong. Emptied catch can after 3 mths and only had about 3mm in the bottom. Good tune and methanol injection. Loving it.. Keen to see how much she can take..
