    Zex kit not spraying?

If installed correctly, is it supposed to spray if the key is on the on position and manually open the TB? Everything seems to be installed and programmed right, it just doesnt spray.

you have to program it first. i'm sure others do it differntly, but this is the way i program mine. I flipp the nitrous switch to on with the car on, walk out to the engine bay, press the program button on the ZEX ECU and run like hell to the drivers side and press on the gas. make sure you have your RPM for in park set to around 3000 RPMS. Let it hit the limiter and hold it there. After 10 seconds let go of the gas and turn off the switch. turn it back on and the controller should now be green. When you turn the key off and on it should engage the TB and scare the hell out of your budy up near the front of the car. Don't recommend this last step, but yes it should engage. Did you connect the white wire from the ZEX ECU to the brown and yellow, or is it purple, wire to the TB? Also, anytime you change a tune setting and re-tune the car, you willl have to do the same song and dance again.

yea i programed it manually opening the TB by hand to WOT.
so your saying instead of manually programming it, hit the program button and hit the gas instead of opening the tb by hand?

From the battery??Why didnt you tap into the power source under the hood next to the fuse box?

Hey JimIsland... where did you get the bracket from for the zex box???? where exactly is it mounted to? Or did you make it yourself?? I'm looking for ideas to relocate my solenoid as the position it's in now is very inaccessable.
2007 Charger srt-8 zex nitrous with N.O Plate, LMI frankentake, JBA exhaust with magnaflow high flow cats and mids, Predator etc..
2000 GMC 2500- 6L vortech... pretty much stock
2007 Kawi Mean streak 1600cc - mod list is stupid
Thanks to : BMC, Billet Tech, Nitrous Outlet

looks cleaner running everything to my dash from inside rather than outside. i didnt do the initial install of all the components either, i just tweaked and moved everything around.
