TPS programming issue??

Not sure if it's an issue or not. But, I've completed all the wiring and programmed the TPS switch. I've followed the Zex instructions to the letter. When I test the programming, by opening the throttle blade manually, I hear the solenoid engage about a 1/4"-1/2" before the throttle is fully open. When I check the TPS voltage signal, it's engaging about .5 volt before WOT. For example my tps shows WOT at about 4.6. The solenoid clicks on at about 4.1 volts. Is this normal? Okay? Or not? I tried porgramming it several times, just to make double sure that it was right. Thanks as always for your help. Y'all have made this a breeze to install. I came into this scared and misinformed about nitrous. And now I feel much more comfortable about using it.

I saw that your using the window switch. Where did you tap the throttle position sensor wire at? It should be brown/white wire. You can tap it at the throttle body but i would suggest behind the pedal to eliminate issues. Im not sure how the window switch works, but on my progressive controller i can go WOT with the car off and look at the screen on the progressive controller and see that it is engaging at WOT. I also had to calibrate it so the controller picked up WOT voltage. Again not sure if this applies to you....just thinking out loud trying to help since no one else has replied yet.

Use wire at pedal, it will give erratic signal at TB, we all put it at the pedal....
