    Nitrous Outlet?? One week since order and no replys or emails??

    Hey Nitro Dave please tell me my package is in the mail!! I sent an email like 4-5 days ago and still no reply, not even a phone call. I checked my bank records today and u guys already charged my credit card, but i still havent recieved an email receipt or UPS tracking number. Numerous calls to the store and cant seem to get anyone to pick up other than your answering machine. Whats going on over there??

    That is weird that you can't get through on the phone or no replies. I always seem to get right through to them and receive emails back within a couple hours.
    One thing they don't do is send out tracking numbers unless you request them. Which does suck. The times I have ordered it does seem to take a little longer to get my stuff from them. Order on a Monday, recieve it on a Friday (Texas to Florida).
    Who did you email? Dave, Chris, or Ray?

    Who did you email? Dave, Chris, or Ray?
    Emailed Customer Service. I called around 1:30ish east coast time, which is probably lunchtime in Texas so that might of been the problem. I'l try again tommorrow at a different time.

    I have never had a problem getting ahold of them anytime I needed.

    You may also try puting this in there section..They might see it faster..

    Try sending Dave a PM. I had an issue with a switch and he answered right away. He sent a new switch and even had a tracking number for me by 9:00AM.

    I appologize. Our email has been down for over two days or so now. I called brinkster today and they said they had some issues and everything would be ok shortly. Well its still not working and I am getting calls from people asking why we are not answering emails.

    Your order shiped the same day I processed your order so you should have it anytime now. I am at home working and its 12:09 am so I can not get a tracking number for you at this time.

    Thank you for your support and your choosing to use our product. If we can be of any assistance through your install or afterwards please let us know.

    Also after you are done with the isntall please send over pictures for our customer page.

    Yes we turn off the phones from 12-1 foir lunch. Other than that we are answering the phones all day long.

    Awesome thanks, I just got home yesterday to find the ups stick it saying i missed the drop off :( That came fast, good job sending it out that very same night, most vendors wait until the next business day. U definatley will be hearing from me for the install, since this is my first ever. Im also installing an air/fuel cutoff switch so that might get a little tricky. I dont have a digital camera at the moment but i can try and borow a friends, a t shirt might motivate me lol
