    It's a start...

BrianG hooked me up with a tank, brackets, gauge and a main line. I'm going to put his complete wet kit on in the next few weeks for him. Never thought I'd do it to Swampy but I figure if I can piece something together....what the hell. And now I have a start....

SO I couldnt tell from your post, are you putting this set-up on your car or are you putting it on Brian's car for him?

Either way, somebody's gonna be moving a little bit faster these days!

Just use the nozzles that the kit manufacturer recommends for a 100 shot, it will be a bit on the rich side(safe). Don't forget the colder plugs. I run 1 bottle of NOS brand octane booster at the track and never use nitrous on the street.

Guess maybe my thread isn't clear enough...

I am building a system, it is not a kit and I'm looking at the differences in various nozzles since I don't have one and need to buy one. Suggestions please for 75-125 shot. Are some better than others??

I use this nozzle from Nitrous Outlet. Haven't had a problem with it. If their nitrous plate would work with my air intake then I would use that one.

Congrates on joining the Nitrous world. There are many different options out there for nozzles. There are a few things to concider when choosing a nozzle.

Diameter- They offer two sizes. 1/16 and 1/8. For a application like yours the 1/8 nozzles normally are a better fit. Since they are larger they also reach into the intake track better making sure the discharge clears the side wall of the CAI. The 1/8 nozzles normally flow more than the 1/16 nozzles as well.

Bathtub design- The bathtub is the area at the tip of the nozzle where the mixture of fuel and nitrous come together. A properly designed nozzle will pound the nitrous into the fuel mixing the two for an attomized mist.

We stock many different brands of nozzles. My favorite one would be the one Little Don has listed above.. No not just because it has our name on it.lol

Our 1/8 nozzle is capable of flowing 250hp. The bath tub design gaurantees a great attomized mixture. The nozzle also has a nife edge on the back side to flor airflow comming by the nozzle. All these things are great but one area this nozzle really shines is we use a jet fitting in our nozzle that is thicker than most nozzles on the market. It will take more pressure from loosening and tightening the lines compared to most nozzles on the market.

My second choice would be the NX shark nozzle. It has a great design and will flow the same as our 1/8 nozzle. It does not have the nife edge design or the more duarable jet fittings.

Let us know if we hav help you piece together the rest of your set up.
    Thanks
    Dave

Ed at LM Speed is sending me a nozzle and I think that leaves me with just needing a controller or solenoids
