What is the best way to get the sensor cable from the bung into the cabin for the gauge? Where do you go through?

i went under the heatsheild for the headers, and in by the e-break cable. im sure theres a better way to do it but i was in a hurry and only like 1" of the wire isnt covered up under the car. i guess somewhere along the firewall would be best tho, but my way was awefuly easy and took about 5 min

Thank You for this info. I will go check this out.
Can it be left installed permanetly? Innovate tech suggested it be removed after each use. This does not make sense unless it is because my unit is the handheld.

When we did mine we drilled a hole in the drain plug that is in the passenger floor pan and then ran the cable across and behind the dash. It is very neat and stealth as far as wiring and cables go, we put some foam around the hole to prevent water from entering as well as a rubber gasket. Then just laid everything back in place and it all came together really well.
