Unfortunately, when dealing with government agencies, waiting is often part of the game. Both the 5.7L and 6.1L complete kits will be legal. Both of these kits are available with a 3 year/36,00 mile limited powertrain warranty.
I've been running a CARB legal Vortech SC on my other car for almost 7 years ago -- it's been pretty much bullet proof, and the primary reason I still own the car. But, smogging the car every couple of years is always an adventure, even with the CARB sticker and number. Without a sticker and number, you've got to know somebody who knows somebody, who I don't know. I'm sure the kit will be legal (hence, my initial post); and look forward to it. But, I'm going to wait until the 6.1 kit gets an EO number before installing the SC (just can't swap out a SC as easily as restoring a factory tune or swapping in the factory air filter).

Entirely shaved, no rear wiper. SRT door pulls, SRT pedals, Lloyd's HEMI luggage mat, leather shift bezel and matched knob, dash kit matching factory trim, Mopar IPOD, hardwired V1, Mopar hidden hitch, yada yada
