    Stroker + n2o......

Just curious if there are any members that have experience with the combination of a stroker (392 or 426 or any variation) and nitrous? I am thinking about this on my car and just want to know what kind of power you were putting down and what kind of times your car has run??

That is where I am going to be going in the long run but I am just curious what the times/power levels are in these cars. I am setting up my car for boost and will be adding juice to it also but I am just looking for some numbers.

Gezzzzzzzis, don't scare the guy. Lou was spraying a ten stage 8000 shot, so he don't count.

Search FlyByU, Dan has a juiced stroked that ran/runs consistant 10's.
From wild to extra wild we got you covered with crap ya never knew you needed.

The first 6.1 transformation and it all went down hill from there.

I agree. I ended up with too many interdependent parts in my setup (dp+fogger plate+dblocks+six solenoids+two 15 lb. bottles, + well, you get the idea). When fuel delivery failed to one bank, I burned six plugs, two pistons and blew a nice firey explosion out the intake. Amazingly, though, after all that plus 27,000 miles and probably 150 runs down the 1/4 mile and setting the record for the mile, the motor looked in excellent shape after tear down. Well, except for the stuff that burned up.

But if you want consistent low 11's or high tens and are willing to pay for the driveline pieces (including the tranny) a stroker with juice is the most cost effective and tunable way to get there.

    Hands down.

Yeah thanks for the input, I have kept up with incident here on the forums and really hope that I don't have to ever deal with that! Hope it gets up and running soon!
