Modern stage 3 fuel system kit

Hi, I have a Dodge Charger SRT8 2006, I have bough from one of your reseller a Modern stage 3 fuel system kit last year,
Can you give me any suggestion of indication installation?
Were to pass the hose to the tank?
What do I do with the passenger site external evaporation hose?
I have a installation that the hoses passed by a hole near the thank and go under back seat and if it stay like this I’ll have to cover it with steel, before doing that, I want to know if there is room around the tank to pass the hoses.
Also and ran out of gas once on daily driving , my indicator show more than a ¼ tank, so it doesn’t allows the fuel level to be driven to “E”.
What I did wrong?

I did call them couple weeks before, and the answer I received was, ask your dealer to call me, so I did call my dealer and my dealer told me, he gona call them to call me.
Nothing till now.
