I didn't do it on my own. My father in law is an amazing carpenter and contractor. It would have looked like a Tim Burton Movie if I had done them myself. As for the cold one, and I mean this. Anytime anyone wants to stop by and hang out for a bit everyone in the DVMMC is welcome in my home.

We'll definitely stop by after the baby is born and you've all had a chance to relax a bit. I've got a new bottle of Crown in the freezer that I purchased on Father's Day (yes, I bought myself a present)...seems like it would be the appropriate occasion to crack it open.

I took a similar approach. I went and got 25 bags of stone yesterday (2 trips), 2 bags of mulch , and grass seed. Of course I did the right thing and loaded all of it into my wife's jeep while she was at work
. You didn't think I was going to get the Charger dirty did you? The steps look great, when does the hot tub get installed?
