DVMMC BBQ dates

Lets see what dates are good for whom.The weekend on 8/9-8/10 is out for me , I have a wedding that weekend. 6/22 is good for me but the boss will be away that weekend. Everything else seems OK

I called to book 6/22 and it was taken so I booked 7/20 (Sunday)it is the larger pavilion and it cost a little more but I figured that we would have plenty of room.

Well it looks like 7/20 it is what do you need now for it. You should make a new post with that being our M&G day for July!

Then a list of items we will need and a list of everyone coming so we can see what the turn out will be ok?

I know its 2 months away but beeter to plan it all now and get the ball rolling then waiting untill the last minute!
