OK, this weather is starting to piss me off!

It started out last night when the car threw a P2181 CEL code. Brought it to the dealer for an oil change and a reset. Left the dealership and got the car washed. Mind you the temp was hovering around 6*.

I got home, and thought I should make sure the grease monkey's at the dealership didn't make a mess of the engine bay. Damn hood wouldn't open, effen froze.

Came back to the car a few hours later with the kids and wife in tow (a christmas night on the town). Popped the hood checked around and took off on to the higway.

About 2 minutes later on the highway, I noticed the effen hood shaking, it's not effen latched!!! Pull off the highway and I can't get it to close, so I drive in the opposite direction of the Macy's christmas display and take the back roads to the dealership.

Get to the dealership and they have no idea what to do. As they are chatting on what do to, they come up with the brilliant idea for me to sit at the dealership for a few hours while the cable release line thaws out. Well, while they are still BS'ing, I was fiddling under the latch, trying to trace where the cable comes out and whadda ya know? I figured it out and got it to latch!

For a bunch of guys that see nothing but cars all day, they were off their game today

Just be glad we didnt get that "3-5" inches of snow we were supposed to get last night. What a joke. We didnt see a flurry here.

Just south of the twin cities got slammed. Now they are saying 3-5 tomorrow. I am supposed to drive down to Cannon Falls tomorrow, I wonder how nasty Highway 52 will be...

You think its bad? With the Charger in storage, I drive the truck. The battery in the truck is only 11 months old, but is having a hard time keeping a charge in the cold. To top that off, the block heater plug has a short in it, so when its -18° tomorrow morning, I may not get it to start...

I love snow, why just today while shoveling the driveway, and slipping on the ice with my wooden foot, and landing on the driveway, man I was just smiling. Then when that wonderful cold wind blows my hat off and away, and I attempt to run after it, then decide what the heck, just go get another, and come back out and enjoy it some more. Yes indeed I love the snow.

Oh, Cookz, I shouldn't laugh but man, I can just picture you outside pushing the snow the out of your drive way with your "wooden leg" I mean shovel
