400-acre motorsports complex announced for Big Lake, Minn.

The company plans on building a 100,000-square-foot exhibition and convention center on the site as well as a 5/8-mile, high-banked paved oval, a one-quarter-mile drag strip and a a three-eighths-mile oval dirt track.
Plans currently call for 90,000 seats at the track with that number expandable to 150,000.
The 400 acres of land, secured through a purchase agreement, allow for International Motorsports Entertainment and Development Corp. to not be required to purchase the land if the proposed construction is not allowed by the city.

Cool. Where is the closest 1/4 mile track in the cities? The closest one to me I know of is Eau Claire, just over an hour.
