    super 44's versus 40's

    hey bob,

looking into replacing the stock suitcase with a pair of flowmasters...any idea how the sound will change? louder? deeper? raspy? i know it is subjective...

what are the differences on these cars with the super 44 and standard 40?

i know the LX's are recommended to use the super 44's but why?

are those 2 chambered mufflers on sale for $40 sim to the 40 or 44? or neither?

    thanks...

    Mike

I had the super 44's on my RT, and now I have the Super 10's. IMO the super 44's are deeper at idle, but the super 10's are deeper and louder at wot. A few people who have switched from the super 40's to the super 44's have said they can't tell the difference in sound between the 2.

It would be deeper and a little more rap.

The 44's are louder than the 40's.

    Not sure why they're recommended.

The 2 chambered are 40 series.
